I began looking for a house 3 years ago, I had a realtor that was recommended to me, so I called her up. This realtor did not listen to me when I told her what I was looking for, or what I wanted in a home. Every time I would meet with her, she would just talk on her phone to other people the whole time during a showing of a house. She wasn't knowledgeable, and I felt as though I was not a priority, so needless to say, we parted ways. Because of this "bad" experience I put looking for a home on hold for about a year. When I was ready to look and buy again, a friend of mine recommended this great realtor to me. I am not going to lie, I had my doubts based on my previous experience, but I said ok, giver her my name and number. Kristine called me that evening and I told her what I wanted, what I was looking for, and my budget. She told me she would do some searching and promised she would help me find my dream home. Not even an hour later, she was sending me links to homes for sale that might interest me. Kristine was very attentive to me, and really focused on what I wanted in a home, and kept in constant contact with me about new listings that came on the market. I am a very indecisive person, and as a first time home buyer I had no clue what I was doing, but Kristine was there every single step of the way to help guide me in the right direction, and help me to figure out exactly what it was that I wanted. I remember after looking at a home she had me sit down at a table with her and list the most important things to me in a home. She took the time to make sure I was focusing on what was important to me. Never once did she make me feel ignorant, or unimportant; she treated me the same way she would have treated a million dollar client. When she would show me a home, she paid attention to details of the house, not only would she point out the pros of a house, but she would point out the cons. If need be, she would get out the flashlight on her phone and examine walls, foundations, and wiring, this impressed me, it showed me that she was really looking out for me and was wanting me to purchase the perfect home. Thanks to Kristine and her knowledge, attentiveness, and drive to get into my very first home, she did just that. I am now a happy homeowner, and I have her to thank for that. She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I would recommend her to anybody in a heartbeat! Thank you Kristine!! You are absolutely amazing!!!
